How to disable firewall settings??

  Anyone knows how to disable firewall settings?? Btw, I'm using linksys router..

  Start -> Control Panel -> Windows Firewall -> choose (off)
  
  and u are done
  
  are u turning off ur firewall for torrent or games purposes?

  Yes.. I'm playing dota... And i would like to create my own room... Hmm... I tried to call linksys technical support but they're closed during weekends.

  I do not have windows firewall under control panel...

  u need to portforward, not turn off firewall.
  
  type 192.168.1.1 in ur IE since ur linksys.
  go to the applications and gaming tab and portforward from there.
  warcraft3 is ports 6112-6119

  pw is usually "admin".
  
  but if u had changed it to smt else.. then i guess you'll just have to join other ppl's dota games unless u find a way to retrieve it.
