how to answer this question at job interview?

i going to grad from uni soon.. by June can start work...
anyone got any useful interview tips for first-timers? Like usually wad will they ask?

btw i mostly applied for sales/marketing jobs.. communications deg. very limited things to apply for. -
Ask when you can start work lor, ask how your knowledge can contribute to the company lor, ask why u decided on applying for this job lor.

mostly they asked questions on what u have done in school that requires certain skills... for example they'll ask wat u like most about school, how do u deal with conflict when working in a team, give some examples of cases where u played a leadership role, why are u interested in this industry, how do u think u can contribute to the company, what do u think will be some challenges in stepping out into the workforce, etc
for sales/marketing jobs, most likely the focus will be on communication/persuasive skills... sometimes may give u some prop and tell u to try to sell it to the interviewer
don't be surprised by the questions... sometimes they will ask u questions on the industry/company that is quite unrelated to the job that u applied for

went for some interviews today, and out of the several interviews in different companies, got this interviewer ask me...
Interviewer: So, why did you leave your previous job? from your resume, you wrote that you're seeking a change in enviroment and better career prospects. can you elaborate?
Me (lying): Because in my previous company, the enviroment is quite static and has no challenges. basically, i'm seeking an enviroment whereby there's new things to learn and slightly more stress, so that it's more meaningful for me and my time pass faster.
Interviewer: but for this kind of admin assistant position, and admin positions in general, the tasks are very routine-based and once you overcome the initial learning curve, everyday will be the same, so i don't quite get what you mean when you say you want more challenges in this job. based on the industry your previous company is in, the enviroment should be quite challenging, so perhaps you can elaborate on why you leave and why you think this job is more suitable for you.
at this point, of course, my balls melt liao. my banana also shrink. KNN.....i felt like a eunuch.......sigh.....die liao.....i just keep repeating the same things, only re-phrasing them. i also threw in random vague answers, and of course, i know i'm not going to get the job.
my question is: since this is an admin asst position, there cannot be challenges, right? then if i write on my resume say i'm resigned because i'm looking for a new enviroment, better challenges and career prospects, like a bit fake leh. perhaps i should just write "Resigned due to messy company management and structure and unreasonable boss" etc.?
HELP!!!!!! please!!!!!!!

It is not in the fault of the advisors.
It is your own. It is normal that you have to do your research beforehand.
Maybe in the admin asst position you should be writing about finding a better working environment where you seek to get along with your colleagues and work together with them for the betterment of the company (I know it's a little superficial). True la admin kind of job is routine so you also must think if you are the type of person who can handle doing the same kind of stuffs everyday. -
Tell them the truth but don't harp on it. Carry the conversation on a positive note as much as possible. You don't need to spin tall tales, but remember.... there are many ways to tell the truth.

You have to research the company and see what they really want. Then you use their position to strengthen your stance on what you can provide to them .
Usually when I resign - I say that I would like to explore new horizons and take on new challenges or else I will stagnate. -
