  Mascara Flash by Christian Dior is much better if you want to highlite the fringe or few strand. Not sure if its still available. I bought one to do my hair for a special party many years ago. Gatsby Mens also have Hair Mascare but not as good as Christian Dior. Color Hair Spray will not look nice if you do it yourself, might as well ask the salon to do it for you.

  I thought of spraying my whole head Jet Black, I dunno if it's nice if it spray it on by myself.
