  ..Because u'd appear desperate and sad to have to resort to paid sex. It's also a sign that you're willing to cheapen & objectify women to fulfill your own selfish desires.
  
  Not all women have sex just for "love and commitment", but I'd say most women hate men who offend their (or other women's) dignity.
