Receieved a weird call

  Just now i receive 1 missed call, den i call back the no. which is 6xxxxxxx, i thought is someone who i know called me. but when i called back, a recording of a bitchy woman was played. it says, "wanna chat with me" in a very bitchy way in chinese.
  
  i scare that no. is those got charge one, per call 50dollar. wtf. liddat how?

  luckily the call was not around 12 midnight or so

  I always get irrelevant calls... My HP has a recycled number and on so many occasions i get people calling for Ah Tan, Ah Huat Miss Soh and blah blah... WTF is Singtel doing man... KNN
