  i wanted to buy a phone from malaysia which is unavailable in singapore market but afraid that it cant be used here. anyone buy phone in malaysia before and used in singapore?

  I bought a phone in Oz, and used it here with no problems, traded it in for another phone somemore.

  C139 is a 3Q 2005 model. runs on 2.5G GSM only.
  
  E1060 is a 1Q 2005 model, even older but runs on 3G as well.

  I think you should not buy anything from overseas back to Singapore. It is because if the item/product have warrenty, the warrenty only works in that particular country. Unless it is stated to be International warrenty. Somemore you think Malaysia stuff better than Singapore?

  yes! i know someone who flew in on SQ from KL to Singapore to buy Nokia N91 when it first came out. and it is still cheaper!
