life in school is very boring. Especially, in institutions. We are just sit there and listen. We looked at kids. The way they learned thru playing, while others learned thru experience. But in my case I learned thru listening. It can be boring, and no fun at all. Good part: In the end of it we gain something, like the whole itself. Please share your view? Or in more details if you suggest.

Education is like politics. Its a one-way process.

Learning is boring if you never take the initiative yourself. Spend some time at the library to find stuffs to learn.
Then, join the different groups out there to learn from the experts. Right from the horse mouth. Nothing beats that.

hmm. i don think sch is boring and i am referring to polytehnics or JC.. it depends on how u wan ur life in sch to be..u can make lots of fres, have fun.. but one thing that i don like is the education system..it based more on memorization rather than thinking..as long as u memorise, then u can pass your exams.. at the end, we don even noe what the hell we are studying.. cos we don understand a single bit of it.. we jus based on memorisation..Originally posted by hudax1:People,

school life is boring.we juz sit and listen to lecture talk. primary school kids are different. they learn thr activities rather than lectures. however lectures are goot in a sense that we learn more at the end of the day. comment. -

for a math just apply formula can already. requires no thinking skills.

Learning should be two way.
The receptive end (aka, layman term = student) and the giving end (layman term = teacher) are learning from each other.
The "student" gains knowledge from the "teacher", while the "teacher" also gets feedback from the "student" and learn more from the "student".
Not the "one-way ticket" teaching method that Singapore is imposing now.
