TS you try searching for people working in companies like chevron, BP, sumitomo, SPC bla bla bla in friendsters. all those working in companies on Jurong Island
then you mess them and ask them to ask around lor.
if bobian, then in the morning from 6am to 10am on a weekday, you station at jurong island checkpoint where everyone need to personally pass by the clearance, like go JB like that. maybe they r driving ? more chances to run into them. -
