  HSA officer diao diao at me talking on the phone, later enters the lift WITHOUT PRESSING ANY FLOOR.And uses some cheesy name like Clement on the other side and flashs out his HSA warrant card for a split of second.That i cant even see a damn thing.
  
  some cheapskate ziploc bag that cant zip itself.Some lousy ink pad for thumb print that cannot even be washed off.
