  HI friends,
  
  Any one stayed at Tioman Island before, pls share views? please advise me the best way to get there and spend holiday

  ok go there by bus ,
  
  if you want to stay good resort ..
  
  go for berjaya resort ...
  
  if you want cheap and good..
  
  go for paya beach resort

  Can get beer in this place super cheap
  
  think around sin $1 per can
  
  Food super nice and cheap there also

  watch out for sharks..there really is shark there dont play play...
  
  and also..the jellyfish there stings and hurts

  yep thers is a shark staying near the tioman resort
  
  if you happen to snorke to a place , where water turns very cold
  
  better dun carry on
  
  I means it is real cold one , i went before , could sense
  
  something not right , in the end U turn back

  Been there with my gf of 2 weeks then..
  
  then found out, she can't swim so not interested in snorkeling or even learning to dive. when my plan there was to dive.
  
  then was at paya beach.. only to find out... places in tioman are not linked to each other unless you want to pay money to take boat or hike countless hours.
  
  so in the end.. bored myself to death. haha.

  could have went to the rockfall with ur GF mah..quick nice to soak in that "rockfall" icy cold stream water..
  
  also i go there to fish nia..very exotic sport i noe

  tioman corals used to be very nice
  
  esp when low tide can see all th SPS hard corals
  
  all surface out~~~

  can bring Shark Repellent to coat on your body before u enter sea

  Shark forces evacuation of Perth beaches

  TWO of Perth's main beaches have been closed and evacuated after a 2 m long shark was spotted approaching the swimmers.
  
  SLSWA spokesman Nick Cuthbert said swimmers were told to get out of the water and the beach was closed.
  
  Leighton beach, about 2km south of Cottesloe, has also been closed.
  
  ““We urge members of the public to evacuate the water,” Mr Cuthbert said.

  sharks are mammal i think.. but are cold blooded killer
  
  anyway the shark i see in tioman is..u meet it .. u become lunch..since its as big as a dinning table under the water..couldnt imagine how big it is on the surface.. and its really fat and wide.. enough to swallow u whole perhaps

  Sharks are fish. Whale sharks are the biggest fish in the world. The great white shark is warm blooded, thats why it swims like a full speed torpedo. Sharks share one thing in common, they are killed for their fins, which i eat.

  The only animal that eats Great White Sharks are the Killer Whales or Orca. Killer whales like to eat shark liver, but not shark fin. The biggest Great White Shark is 21 feet, same size as Killer Whale.

  Maybe when there were dinosaurs, there was a great white shark the size of the largest blue whale currently. woah.

  The ancient Megalodon was 12-16m long. Below is the fossilized jaw of a megalodon.

  illegal but nothing much they can do.
  
  only police presence in Tioman is at the airport there.
  
  you can be topless all you want in Paya.. but it will be hours before police comes. haha.
