dermatologist for leg skin problems?

hi all, recently, i notice one of my legs got grow some reddish swells....it looks something like a mosquito's bite, but a lot smaller(very small) and much redder, and in the middle of this swell, there's a small little pearl which i believe contains tissues inside(like when you've pimples, some of the pimples will have a small little dot in the middle that looks a little yellowish).
when these swells appear, they're rather itchy, but when the "little pearl" bursts, it doesn't itch so much, but the red spot still remains and haven't gone away for 4++ days.
i currently have about 6 of these swells on my right leg, all spread considerably far apart from each other(3 tiny ones on the thighs, 1 on the knee and 2 on the shin area).
my left leg only got 1 on the thigh area.
about 1 of these spots appear every day or two, so i'm thinking of seeing doctor already. is a general practitioner better or a dermatologist in this case? because i was thinking dermatologist only specialize in face problems(pimples, scars etc.).....do legs' skin problems apply to them as well?
on another note, anyone got experience similar problem like mine?

usually see GP first
if required GP will refer u to specialist -
go to singapore skin centre
it is more cheaper then those private ones
Go polyclinic and get the dr to refer to you there
will be muc much cheaper -
no lah.....i don't trust polyclinics or governent-funded hospitals because last time got very bad experience there and the doctor end up ruining my life. now still got scars....haiz....
because my home got 2 clinics: one is a doctor who's a GP and also a qualified dermatologist, the other is a GP only. so, i think maybe i go first one better. :-) -

scarly the demartologist is good only at healing skin, but sucks at all other forums of diagnosis, and the GP only knows general illness, but dunno anything about skin.....then how? -

and to BBB, no. i don't have STD lah, KNN. i virgin somemore. but if, like someone else said, he went gleneagles to see for 10 mins for acne breakout and got charged $300......if got ezcema or other serious skin disease, then will be like $5000 - S$10,000 for 20 min consultation, minus the blood test and medicine? like that where got normal people can afford?
also, national skin centre where ah? is it those poly-clinic standard type of treatment centre, whereby the doctors are all interns and fresh graduates trying their skills on you as a guinea pig? KNN......long wait i don't mind, but not noob doctors who haven't even ripe yet. not only will i waste my money, i'll also be risking my pretty skin too.
lastly.....KNN....all your fault loh, BBB. if you be my wife and take care of me when i kenna infection, i won't be like this liao. KNN. -

no lah, feb31.....it's not snake(scientific name is Shingles), cos' snake only grow around the tummy area and it's fully-wrapped up with boils and spots. My ones are something like pimples spread out very very far apart on my legs, like 5 - 6 on my left leg, 3 on my right leg, 1 on my left arm and 3 on my right arm.
say, purplehaze.....the dermatologist you see is he good anot? also, the rates roughly is it daylight-robbery types, or is it mostly under the S$200 range?
