managed to shed it off liao buay? -
gained about 3 kg....
haven lose....
CNY should gain about 3-5 kg.....
Cannot fit in my new river island skinny jeans le. -

haiz....gain 3-4 kg. my weight is the type where cannot go down, only remain or go up.
so now thinking of ways to maintain this weight. tong ren bu tong ming. -

i jz found out i lost 2 kg.. becos of my braces... i cant eat much... my CNY goodies...

go jogging..burn fat the fastest..of cos run now..cos it wouldnt show up so fast..also do some sports like swimming and playing ball game..either ball game will do
cos both can lose weight.. the other too much might lose potency too -

bt ppl oso say extract wisdom tooth wil lose wgt coz canot eat fer a week or two. bruff one lah. their dentists lousy lah. i asked mine, he oso sniggered n said the most fer a day coz sensitive.
coz last year, i had one extracted. went hm can eat liao.
