  the moment i step into the office, i'm sleepy.. it will remain like that until lunchtime..
  
  during lunch, i'll be wide awake...
  
  the moment lunchtime is over, and when i step into the building, i get sleepy again..
  
  this lasts until it's time to knock off.. that's when i'm wide awake again..
  
  i blame the water in the office
