WANT KIDNEY PAY MONEY,
NO MONEY NO KIDNEY!
Poor always at a disadvantage. They have to sell their kidneys and yet have no money to replace their kidneys if they fall sick. How fair can it be? -

I think you mean charity organisations? How much can they do alone? In fact they depend on money from donors like us all. So it's also part of our problem. yes, life sucks. but look around us in Southeast Asia. Most of our neighbours have it much much worse than us. So you are too poor to get a new kidney? Then you die, right?
