ok if you put a type of cup ,
fill it with water and put it into
the freezer at a very low freezing point
for 2 days or so
what will happen

Its due to the not so well documented phenomenon known as the Mpemba effect. Hot water will freeze first. Its also interesting to note that water that has been boiled before will freeze faster than regular water.

water at the top of the cup will freeze 1st... that causes the rest of the water to be enclosed in the cup... and since water can be 2x its size as a solid, the enclosed space will build up pressure and it will break... -
sublimation?? from boilling for freezing..

In Hot water, the water molecule have more energy than and cold water.
With soo much energy behind each moving molecule, they form crystal or crystalize more faster than the nornal low velocity cold water/room temperature water. -
