  I used to use bitcomet too.I got download speeds of like 300kb/s on almost any downloads and i'm on singnet 10mb plan.
  
  More seeders = faster download
  
  If u're using a router,u have to open up all your internet ports in your router settings under internet applications for most routers

  go google for something called Port Forwarding...once U port-forwarded ur port...make sure that ur software/hardware firewall is not blocking BitComet...then should be able to work.

  guys, i think it's better that you all stop using those p2p software to download le. i called up singnet regarding this issue, they just responded to me, haiz... it's because of international side is shutting down the port of the p2p software to stop the downloads due to copyrights issue.
  
  and in time to come, they'll be narrowing down to indivisual to catch them for the breach. so if you don't wanna get caught, stop the download ba.
  
  run this test on your com, and you'll know le
  
  go to start, run, type cmd -na
  and check the last status of the tcp connection, if it's not est, then probably they're locking you down.

  Tried the command you given but it just direct you to command prompt. Cannot see the one you said est or...
