In times of war, you have been advised to switch off lights at night to prevent the enemy from pin pointing targets. However, in the case of Singapore, most of the places are public housing. I am very sure that by switching off your lights would only lead to the enemy dropping the bombs on the people - which would be disastrous..imagine one whole HDB block crumbling down.. So well.. should we still off our lights?
