Bring her to the tallest building in Singapore and book the whole floor. Then invite those musician to play the music which the girl like. Then after a nice dinner, you excuse yourself. Ask the people there to dim down the light, then you propose to her. The details I haven't thought about it.

Actually I will take her out for dinner on her birthday. Then when about to finish fireworks will explode in the sky above us and I will make a present magically appear out of nowhere with a proposal ring hidden inside. Then I will kneel and propose to her right there at the waterfront and she will be so touched that she got no choice but to accept. Then we will go to hotel and celebrate the whole nite.
