Need help on countering HR for salary package.

I going to see them soon to settle on salary...if they offer me lower than my expected salary i put, how to counter them?
Please help give some reasons where i can give to warrant a higher pay...thank you.

u can try negotiating for travel allowance as another form of benefit other than pay...
pay normally cant raise thru negotiation thru speech one... muz impress the boss and carry his balls. -

u can say probation period this amount.....after confirmation u hope to get "this amount"
depends on ur skills and experience lah.....if u are relli wat they want they will give....
if not, then maybe this job is not relli for u......u must reconsider....... -
can i say, how come the job remains the same pay as last year? (from research on web). But last year GST is 5%, but this year GST is going to be 7%? so can they account for it?

can i highlight them on good grades and honours and NS service to reject their pulling down of my expected pay? or something?

hmm....i remember sometime back someone posted salary survey by kelly services, but i coulnt find it, can someone repost that thread or have that pdf of the report?
