My platoon mate kena this before. Went to see MO and was asked to provide a sample...

it really depends,
most of e time, its due to broken blood vessels in e anal. i.e fresh blood when wiping.
however if e stool is tar-coloured, then have to see doc immediately, could be bleeding from any part of e digestive tract that coloured your stool.
give urself sometime, it shld clear, e.g one week. if it still persists, time to face e doc. health comes first, forget bout e embarrassment.
meanwhile, take more water n fibrous food. -
