  the parts like HDD have been taken out but a little additions here and there, It will be good to go.. It is compaq and comes with a monitor
  
  Any charity near Tampines anot? Cause I have to carry both the CPU and monitor there myself

  Not sure if there's any charity around Tampines area, but you can try calling Salvation Army for the monitor but unsure about the 1/2 dismantled CPU
