What Happens To Pets At Pet Shops Which Not Able 2 Sell Away

Few years back, there was this scandal that at a Pet farm, the dogs were found neglected. There were 3 Shih Szus. One was dead (from salvation) the other 2 were feeding on it
....I went to look for the pet farm but saw that one but dunno whether is that one? But the conditions i saw were ok. You can view half the other half cannot view.
Is it the can view one they make nice nice so ppl buy, but the other half leh

Are they given good care or neglected or abused (esp those old ones) cos they just taking up time and space?

Keeping them will only cost more money, no businesses survive just to lose more money. If the pup is lucky, its skinned for its fur, then put to zzzzz, otherwise its just too pointless to keep something alive just for additional liabilities. Old stock don't go, new stock will never come. -

maybe those dogs at petshop that cant be sold are used as breeding dogs.
