  some questions..
  i m quite new to paypal...juz completed the extended user program that requires u to enter some 4 digit number frm credit card invoice...
  But now my balance shows ZERO all..can i shop frm ebay now?
  
  Is it possible that i follow all instructions in ebay and complete the transaction?not considering the zero balance...

  If your account is link to your credit card, yes you can still shop at ebay.
  
  Or, if you like, deposit money into paypal account from your credit card.

  The zero balance just means you currently haven't got any funds with paypal.
  
  The ebay seller should send you a paypal invoice after a successful auction. Following payment, you can select "Pay for eBay Items" in Paypal and have the amount charged to your cc directly.

  Both credit and debit are allow for payapl.... However they will deduct a $3 from that account to veify u .... The good thing is they will reward u with another $3 after verifaction during your first deposit...
