well u can try karate since it focus on both hand and leg movement.. for karate wise it not alway using hand to chop wood or watever.. more of power training and hard body training. meaning.. learning to take impact and throw impact .. and also karate have different sect.. such as kyukoshin, enshin(Have mixture of judo) so on.. but above both is all "full contact" wise so prepare metally.

Eh i also dont know which martial arts i should learn...
I am looking for a kind of martial arts that
70% hands 30% legs.
Takes a short period to learn
has relatively lesser spiritual teachings.
More on the tactics and skills side(like arm locks.etc.) rather than punching here and there.
I hope the sets got some uses..
oh and lesser throws.(No judo) -
u can try aikido.. use alot of hand lock, well but do quite alot of falling and rolling. easy to learn also.. abit like chinese style of tai chi...

There's also one where they train u to tune into a person's Saki (Sha1 Qi4) or intent to kill.. the practitioners can react to the attacker even before they act. I cant find the clip now but that one was really incredible!!! -
