Essentials for a New Professional & Respectable Company

hi business folks,
I'm new to setting up my company & my understanding of
the essentials are:
1. namecards
2. letterheads (for me to type my letters & promotions on)
3. register company name
4. contacts (email, mobile)
5. set up bank account
6. invoice / delivery order / receipt
The paper that I give to my clients upon delivery of the goods/svc should be labelled as?
Do I need to purchase a software system that numbers the invoices?
Any other issues that I need to be aware of? Before stress gets the better of me ..

My business is starting & I won't know what my revenue is like.
Therefore my concern is not to spend on un-neccessary stuff,
until the business reaps in profits that allows one to purchase efficient systems. -

accounting is very very important. and to prevent tax problems also.
MYOB is definitely worth the money for small and home business.
or u can opt for "free" version to start with.
and websai will provide ur customers or clients or business partners a good impression and reliable source of information for their reference.
office wise, it depends on ur business nature but home office is not recommended even though its downright cheap. at least go for a virtual office scheme. -

besides that, u need accounting software, equipments like computers, printers, fax machine, website (if available and an email domain as well), files to kip all the documents, ledger books for manual recording and still other more..
the paper that u nid the customer to take in receipt of goods is call a delivery order lor.. some companies use an acknowledge receipt or service report also.
