My pork rice got fungus, help!

  It is not uncommon for dried chillies to have cobwebs, mould or bugs inside them.
  Home cooks usually check for them.
  But outside food vendors don't bother.
  
  The dried chillies are for flavour only, they are not to be eaten, (though some people will).
  Nevertheless they should be without extraneous fillings.
  It is sold as it is and end users should be wary.

  maybe the dried chili kept too long, or maybe kept in a humid environment.
