They do not offer compensation if insured is rob of their jewelery !!!
so no point report to the local police (of that country) if rob of jewelery
the tour agency did not know that it is not covered and was surprised too...
almost 80% tour agency in singapore are selling AIG travel insurance -
always read the fine prints when u buy watever insurance.

Go check out all the travel insurance plans, I think AIG is the best and abn amro too.. although the premium is a little higher..

the new set of items that i bought was a diff model of the tripod and head + future bag : total should cost more $400...haiz...

I guess there are people who go overseas, purposely "lose" their jewelry and then make a police report, come back and claim. Then make profit out of the insurance.
