Either she has something nasty to say but said nicer things instead to avoid hurting your feelings or confrontation frm u, or she is saying things so as to sound cool/like an angel, or she has given up arguing wif u and agrees wif whatever u say to stop the arguing.
Tis only my opinion. May not be right as i not gal.
Take note of their body language instead of her words when u suspect this phenomenon happening. Her tone, facial expressions, actions, eyes can tell whether she is lying/feeling uncomfortable.
Body Language spells it all. -
