  1. write poison letter. make sure it's full of errors and unsubstantiated claims.
  2. print them out on plain paper. if you are afraid of doing this at home, go to a computer-shop or library to do it.
  3. use plain envelopes and do not hand-write addresses (unless you want your handwriting to be traced back to you)
  4. mail many copies to everyone in the press. ST, Newpaper, magazines etc
  5. sit and wait for one of the media to report it.
