Guys Staying In Bedok All Make Good Friends?

I find that they are very easy going very helpful, very good friends to have
My God-brother stay there. Very nice guy. Kind too.
My new landlord (i moving in end of feb only) oso same, easy going and helpful. He has come all the way down 2day afternoon to help me move some things there. Guess what. I bought some VCD and came back want 2 watch, scarly realise my DVD player already passed to my landlord. He say never mind he drive by now and pass it to me. (I stay Sengkang) although 11plus liao.
Is is each area people got particular personality
I know Bishan ppl quite fierce
