How to add funds to a foreign account?

  I would like to add some fund to my foreign account? TT and bank account as they are too costly... What are other method? Can paypal use to conduct this transcation??? Can send experts provide some guidance??

  TT cost $20 and 1/8 for commission so Every $1000 u get bad only $950 or lesser???

  $20 and 1/8%.
  
  $1000 the commission only $1.25 + $20.
  
  But usually bank got minimum commission.
  
  So $10 or 1/8% or which ever is more.
  
  Other than TT your cheapest way is to send that person a Postal Order or Money Order. But that person will need 2-4 weeks for the instrument to clear

  If i am not wrong.. Paypal i Credit Card to Credit Card.
