Everyone is a winner? WTF

I am starting to get fucked up by this particular teacher that love to say "everyone is a winner"
I remember last year sports day.
Towards the end of it. The winner was green house. By the teacher end of saying.
"Everyone is a winner!"
I am totally disgusted by this.
There is only one winner i thought. Whats up with the comment by him?
For losers to lean on something that is fake? -
winner and loser should not be defined by positions, but rather, by attitude

Everyone IS a winner if only they realise that winning is not just holding the cup in their hand. TS, with an attitude like that, you will be a loser if you don't change your attitude.

Its just like before army you will never hear the word Integrity, then suddenly it's integrity this integrity that what.
Apparently one person punish all must get punished together...I think it's so that that person will not so paiseh for being punished by himself so he will think...hmm eh I should make more mistakes so I can make everyone punished too. He will never learn like that mah...if you really want that person to learn you should humiliate him in front of everyone...

I think there are stupid and smart truths.
IMO that statment he made is stupid la.
Sooner or later people will realise there is only one winner.
Why the fcuking hell he told students that when its obviously not logically?
I know somebody might dis agree with me .
So i am looking for intelligent dis agreements to explore and to improve in.
