Looking for a long lost pen-pal friend

Hi:
I am from Canada, looking for a long lost pen-pal friend I used to communicate. She use to be from Malaysia while studying and then went over to Singapore to work. The last I had in touch with her was in year 2000. Because I have moved and she moved too, and different priorities set in. we were unable to get in touch with each other again. I really hope that I could find her again someday.
Her name is Irena Lee (Lee Chaa Fa in Chinese), age around 32-34, Originally from Malaysia. If anyone know of have heard of her, please pass along my contact info to her.
If anyone know how I can locate someone in Singapore through some local services, please pass along the info to me also.
