cheap hostels in tokyo?

hello!!!
can anyone recommend any cheap hostels or ryokan in tokyo for 4 ppl? our budget is below SGD60 per person per night. preferably japanese style rooms and near train stations! >"<
really panicky now as we can't seem to find anywhere to stay during 28 march to 2nd april already....arrrghhh.
also, what train passes do you recommend we purchase if we are only going to be around harajuku, shibuya, shinjuku, ikebukuro and perhaps akihabara? we are also going to disneyland and ghibli musuem.

i stayed here b4, 130 per night if im not wrong..shared with a friend so around 65 lah.. the distance to the station is about 10 mins walk
common bathroom..but super clean..and internet access in every room..but must bring ur own laptop lah..theres also a dvd player and tv -

i just bought the regular tickets.
not sure of any better ways. -
and the stn which u need to alight when u wanna go to the ryokan i mentioned is Minowa stn..not ueno..

if u don't have a lot of luggage to hog around, then i recommend staying at some of japan's common-place lodging (besides ryokan). they have the capsule hotels (3000 - 5000 yen per person), the oedo onsen at odaibai is another popular night stay, where people can can go for outdoor onsen and overnight stay(5000 yen). all don't need bookings. these experiences are quite unique. else there are quite a number of good japanese budget hotels (such as alpha-1) which goes for 5000 yen per person per room. yahoo japan offers a good avenue for these searches (but they are in nihongo)

ah gosh...if only i knew! i would like to go to the onsen very much! T^T
