Oh, it is because places like Fullerton's unit number is 1, and 1 as everybody is a quite significant number. It's like a private housing estate where they go 1 Nim Drive, or 4 Nim Drive, it is the same thing. Just that because it is a significant landmark, it is then called One Fullerton
