a cantonese word called 'lorng yoke'

  aka wolf's meat...
  
  it means bak kwa?? coz i heard before some people saying it
  
  any cantonese here can confirm?
  
  and why bak kwa has to be called 'lorng yoke' when it isnt made of wolf meat at all?

  Yah it's cantonese for sliced BBQ pork. Dun ask me y they call it that when it's not wolf meat.

  Lorng is a term in BBQ over simmering charcoal in the older days and yoke is meat...
  
  Thus lorng yoke is BBQ meat...
