  Can anyone tell me what the hell is ZingMobile? And how on earth I get billed for it when I've never used any of their services!
  
  I'm using M1 by the way.
  
  I can't seem to be able to contact them through phone or email!

  by the way google is your friend, zingmobile and is the bill being added to your mobile bill, or they send you a payment slip asking you to pay?

  Mobile bill ... already googled them ... try contacting them but noone pick up the phone ... My emails weren't responded ...

  then call up , M1 then tell them, to clarify why is this being bill into your account and insist that you didn't use zingmobile service before lor,

  Already did that.
  M1 insist I call up ZingMobile instead to unsubscribe.
  What else should I do?

  i wish you luck, but when you are going down to M1, you must have some sort of proof in order to convince them
