Just try to enlarge your social circle lor...maybe going out with your friends more and sooner or later i suppose they will introduce their friends to you and so on...eventually you would have a large social circle.
Then after that get to know the girls as friends first and slowly get to know her as a person, not a sex object, and see if the personality suits you. If it does, then get closer and progress would come.
Basically, you gotta be outgoing first! -
