Plastic like hair?

  Not long ago, i noticed a white hair on my left arm... and it is not as soft as any normal hair... in fact it feels a bit like plastic...
  
  Plucking it didn't stop it from growing...so i just want to ask if its an ingrown hair.

  Sorry my apologies.. its my left arm... hmm the length is about the same as others...
  
  so far i have only one... growing on the same spot...

  Oh, i've seen arms with blond hair and the other is black lol, just leave it unless it causes and pain or itchiness go see a doc.
