What I seen, is that National Service is like meeting friends from your neighbourhod, will become friends for the rest of your lives, until you completed your service?

I don't know. I have been living in Singapore for 20 years, and so far, I know a bit here and there. I don't want people going NS; just to be-friend me. How about ITE Nitec in Precision Engineering? Is it high enough? If high I stop. It won't be easy to get a job, If your cert is high. You have to go overseas, or else you have to worked in a stall. Most people do that. High cert, but stayed at home helping family -

Are you asking whether you make friends in NS? What does it go to do with higher NITEC in precision engineering and marrying friends from your neighbourhood???
Yes you will definitely make friends in NS, if you can't make any then perhaps you want to reflect on your own actions. For the other 2 things I really can't comment. -
