How to donate money to Africa?

I wanna donate to those poverty stricken areas. Sierra Leone e.g.. Any region that needs help basically, AIDS stricken regions also can.

better becareful where and who you give the money too. wait mostly if not all go to corruption and other stuff. in the end never help them.

why do you say that? becos they are from south africa and not singapore?
dun like tat pls... south african red cross hires a lot of volunteers who gave up their lives to help the stricken countries.....they are doing a thankless jobs! -

Obviously I know how to use yahoo or google and already did. The problem is now I only got cash, no credit card or whatsoever. Those online one usually need credit card. And yes, I did check up on the singapore red cross website. No details on donation to Africa though, but some people say got such donations. That's why I ask on the forums as a last resort as i'm confused. duh.
