Public speaking courses

  I am quite interested in taking a public speaking course so I was looking at a couple of courses.
  
  I was wondering if anyone has gone for it or knows someone who has gone for it and has any recommendations.
  
  Also, I realise that I speak too fast and stutter abit when I talk. I wonder how I could improve on it and I wonder if it is something to do with speech therapy? Looking for something to improve my speaking skills.
