wow, this i like.
i wasn't really for the casino's in singapore. but this would be freaking wonderful. imagine a IR without a casino. jus like a free 3.6billion theme park + hotel + first class facilities. -
Genting is not a world brand in casinos. Nuff said.

If anything, this reflects Singapore inefficiencies. the licence should be tied to the bid....
So if Genting fail to get licence, what will happen?? We re-bid the IRs again??

And I am sure the various bidders submitted a lot of proposals and informations.. surely the information is necessary to see if they qualify for a licence, you mean to say that if we didn't bidder does not qualify for licence, we will let them bid? -
I think they will grant them the license lah.
They just want to scare them and make them do more work.
And they should announce after the casino is built.
