New Symbol?

Was going thruogh reports today and came across a report with a new(?) symbol....? A triangle with 2 lines parallel to each other over it.... I was trying to figure... A triangle which can symbolise 'and'...? Does it mean the same...? Or does it mean something different...? Maybe it means 'conclusion'...??
As I thought and figured... That symbol didn't really make much sense in that line at all.. In fact, it was suppose to be a void...? Okie... So what is really means was a 'triangle' which was cancelled off..... -_-" -
