  Just wondering how Diabetics occur?
  
  Becoz I seem to remember someone said, it doesn't occur because you eat too much sugar, but because your body is unable to break down the composition of the sugar you've consumed.

  Diabetic usually got two type. Type I and II.
  
  The usual type is those where the Islet of Langerhans is not able to secret Hormone Insulin. Insulin is use to stimulate conversion of sugar to store as glycogen in the liver and other part of the body.
  
  When it didnt screte enough Insulin, sugar can be found in urine..
