Everytime I saw my brother by passing at certain place, Sometimes as I my point of view at it as following but, How can someone followed just putting a bike over there.

oh...i also got similar experience...
the bike which ur trying to deliver the newspaper is not fast enough to play the following matters.as far as i know..i will be in kfc eating and during lunch break will ish be riding a bike..
its weird isnt it?
