Saying your mind = speaking the truth?

Do you agree that by speaking your mind, you are necessarily telling the truth?
For example, you tell another person everything bad you know about a another person especially because that is what you know about that person. -
I think it's opinion only. Not speaking the truth.

i tried convincing so many people about speaking my mind on jc students...yet they still don't know what is opinion and truth...

alof of people don't know what they are typing, they doesn't know what the meaning of passing a remark or making a statement, improper english, could lead to misunderstanding, and furthermore, one should exercise discreet, if we speak what is on our mind, and without consideration for others, something its hard to speak what you meant out for the person good will, as their mind are shut, thus, whats left, could be is telling what they want to hear, i n hope they will realize the truth by themselves.

I agree that saying your mind is a matter of opinion. Opinions may not necessarily reflect the truth.

More of opinion rather than the truth when you are speaking your mind.

sometime truth may hurt. if u seriously know it may offend pple, it's better to have some buffer 1st before u tell them of their weaknesses.
