Sargeant it like educations

Hey!
Let me give you an example. How highly-trained will all will be. Looked at the rank of private - sargeant. If we have private they are normal soldier, who obey orders, and folllows. Sargeant: They have the power, to killed using deadly weapons, which entrust on fire power.
It the same as educations. The higher we learned the more equip we are, and more competetive. The more we can used what we learned and applied to the world, and returned back to the society.

This rings true for career people who can climb to the top - either great at ass kissing or extremely well skilled, knowledgeable and talented.
