Ah Girl ar... if you are still young and not financially independent yet, try and ask if daddy or mummy can pay for your skin treatment at National Skin Centre. Really. No joke. This kind of thing must fix when you are young. Got laser treatment to reduce scarring. But done in stages. Depends on how often your acne hits. Has it been years? Does it come and go? If you still undergoing puberty, then can take it easy. If you are past puberty suddenly hit you, then you must take care.
Ah Ma here lots of pimples on forehead and nose when I was 15, now all gone liao. Lasted 6 months. I had very bad eczema when I was a kid so I know. But didn't go for treatment. Just oral medicine and cream. 3 years fully healed. This one depends on individual one. My brudder also eczema, since young until now cannot heal even with lots of attention and care. No idea how different it is for acne scar.
Doing research independently may not be sufficient. The best scenario is to approach guided/assessed medical treatment. Skin problems for girls no joke. Must take care of your skin. Don't anyhow try hear say products because they may or may not work. It is likely we all react to different sets of medication differently. My sis around 17 went for facial at a reowned beauty centre. In the end become worse. Now potholes all over. Very sad...
Alternatively, if treatment cost cannot be subsidised by someone else, then my advice is drink a lot of water. Try and see if can use medisave or pay by instalments affordably. For us girls, looks are very important. Must maintain. Wash and tone regularly. Don't use fingers anyhow scratch or touch your face. Make it a good habit to drink a good healthy dose of water. It helps.
Take care of yourself dear.
Sorry hor quite lor sor but I concerned.
