Can non-local honours apply for local uni for masters?

What i meant is, the requisite to apply to any of the local univs (NTU, NUS) for a masters degree (graduate programs) is a good bachelor's degree. If i possess an honours bachelors obtained from private institutions like SIM or MDIS, do i qualify to apply?

I think u can try 2 apply, but no guarantees though. If u have a good academic record during ur bachelor degree, then it should help. Besides, when u study at private institutes, the degree u get is the foreign Uni's name on ur certificate. They won't know u study at the private institutes, so u can smoke them and say u go there study lor.

how long have u worked?
there is no rule to say distance learning is not recognised........
they do not reject or approve immediately based on ur previous quali....u have to go for interview one........
